Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account on ClassTime, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
ClassTime is a cloud-based school timetable management system. We provide tools to create, manage, and export class timetables, handle substitutions, and manage teacher schedules.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One school account per school. You may add teacher accounts for staff at your school.
4. Free trial and paid plans
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full functionality. After the trial, accounts revert to the Free plan (limited to 2 grades and 6 teachers). The Pro plan (₹999/year) removes these limits. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use ClassTime to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the service
- Upload malicious code or content
6. Data ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into ClassTime (school names, class names, teacher names, timetable data). We do not claim any rights to your data.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime or data loss, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Account suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently. You will be notified where reasonably possible.
9. Limitation of liability
ClassTime is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
